Response times

Enquiries are usually answered same day during business hours.

Quote turnaround

Most quotes are sent within 24 hours once we have the job details.

Report turnaround

EICR and testing reports are usually issued within 1-2 working days after inspection.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours notice to rearrange a booking where possible.

Workmanship and standards

All work is completed to BS 7671 standards and covered by business insurance.

Payment terms

Payment terms are shown on your quote/invoice and agreed before work starts.
