Service area delivery

Electrical services are delivered on-site across Livingston, West Lothian, Edinburgh and wider Central Scotland. We are a service-area business and attend your property or premises.

Response times

Enquiries are usually answered same day during business hours.

Quote and report turnaround

Most quotes are sent within 24 hours once we have the job details. EICR and testing reports are usually issued within 1-2 working days after inspection.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours notice to rearrange a booking where possible.

Refund and credit approach

If work cannot proceed for reasons confirmed during inspection, any applicable refund or credit is agreed in writing and reflected on your invoice. This keeps outcomes clear and fair before any further work is booked.

Workmanship assurance

All work is completed to BS 7671 standards and covered by business insurance.
